On September 2, 2025, Alithya announced that it had been selected by Roskam Foods to support the organization with its ERP modernization initiatives. Specifically, Alithya will lead Roskam Foods through its implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F/SCM). This implementation will enable Roskam Foods to:
- Streamline operational processes
- Enhance visibility across its supply chain
- Leverage new cloud technologies to drive efficiency and scalability
Alithya will lead the enterprise transformation using its proprietary FoodXpress accelerator to enable the fast deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 that’s specifically tailored for food and beverage manufacturers.
The rollout will start with Marsan Foods, a subsidiary of Roskam Foods, using a “phased approach” and Alithya’s change management expertise to build a solid foundation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 before deploying it to other units.
