  • Overview: Binary Stream has been around for 26 years. Several years ago, it moved its solutions over to Dynamics 365 Finance and Business Central. “Our solutions are a critical part of really meeting many of the requirements for different industries and verticals, and also competing against other platforms outside of Microsoft as well,” Chahal says. With its 26 years of research, Binary Stream’s solutions are only for Microsoft Dynamics 365, as its knowledge and experience enable it to support system integrators and ISV collaborations.   • What customers need from partners: As an established ISV, Binary Stream works with a lot of customers so it has developed a mindset of a customer-first or partner-first approach. “That means, basically, we’ve got to drive a lot more value with AI.” This enables the company to focus more on customers, better understand their businesses, and identify what value it creates. “From that, I think we can evolve our solutions to very much a kind of agentic approach to those…As a community, we are all in this together.”
  • Company focus: Chahal reports that, for Binary Stream, “Our world is ‘How do we connect with Microsoft? How do we work with their teams? How do we work with the partners?'” It prioritizes understanding the different needs of partners as well as ISV-to-ISV collaboration.
